Locations and availability

I work from rooms on Dartington Hall Estate and in Central Totnes. I offer day-time appointments, on Mondays, Wednesdays and some Saturday mornings.

Dartington Hall Estate

This room is just a few minutes walk from the main car park on Dartington Hall estate. It's also 1.5 miles from Totnes train station, a pleasant walk.

Address: Rm 161, Dartington Space, Dartington, TQ9 6EN

Directions: from the main Dartington car park, walk back towards the archway into the main courtyard. Instead of crossing the road though, turn left and walk down hill for approx 5 minutes until you see the big vertical Dartington Space sign on the right. Walk down that road right to the end - through the doors there is Space reception, where I'll meet you the first time you come - the location of reception and my room is marked on this map.

If it’s your first visit to a location I'll do my best to have my phone on by 15 minutes before our appointment, in case you need any assistance.

Car parking: there are several car parks on the estate (major ones marked with a large P on this map) There are sometimes some free spaces if you continue past Park School to the roundabout at the end.

Public transport: bus 165 goes from Broadhempston via Totnes to Dartington Hall, at least every 2 hours depending on the time of day. Cost at January 2017 is £2.90 return.

Disability access: unfortunately it isn't accessible to wheelchair users. To reach the room, depending on the route taken there is at least one quite steep flight of stairs to climb. If you need a more accessible venue, please let me know and I will make arrangements for us to meet elsewhere.

Totnes town centre

Address: Little Priory Offices, 59 Fore Street, Totnes TQ9 5NJ

Directions: Find your way to the former Co-op supermarket, just off Fore Street. Standing with Co-op on your left and facing the RSPCA charity shop you will see a gateway to the right of the RSPCA shop (indicated by the red arrow in the picture. Walk through this gateway and then through the gateway on the immediate right. Walk up the external staircase, which will lead you to the entrance door.

If it’s your first visit to a location I'll do my best to have my phone on by 15 minutes before our appointment, in case you need any assistance.

Car parking: sometimes possible in the spaces along Fore Street. Co-op supermarket car park is very close and offers paid 90 minute parking. There are also several car parks signposted in the town - the council information on Totnes car parks may be helpful (click on Totnes on the map to zoom in).

Public transport: Totnes has a train station (on the mainline between Newton Abbot and Plymouth) with frequent services. Buses also provide regular links to Torbay, Dartmouth, Ashburton, and the major cities in the region - timetables are here (see routes lower down the page), or by searching online.

Disability access: unfortunately it isn't accessible to wheelchair users as there are two flights of steps, including one outside. If you need a more accessible venue, please let me know and I will make arrangements for us to meet elsewhere.
